Youology is a counselling clinic dedicated to supporting adults, teens and children throughout the Okanagan. If you are struggling with any of the following; anxiety, depression, trauma, maintaining romantic relationships, having a hard time knowing how to deal with toxic family dynamics, holding guilt, shame, or even navigating a difficult life transition - we can help! We also specialize in parenting strategies and family counselling.
As a team, we are dedicated to offering evidence based therapeutic modalities such as; EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Attachment-based therapy, narrative therapy, play-based therapies (sand tray + art therapy), EFFT, and more. These therapeutic approaches have been shown to have significant results for clients in (sometimes) a short amount of time.
