I use EMDR — a research-backed therapy that helps the brain process stuck traumatic memories — alongside Narrative Therapy, ACT, and somatic approaches. My practice is trauma-focused and culturally grounded, shaped by 20 years of work alongside Indigenous communities. Sessions move at your pace.
I've spent 20 years working closely with First Nations communities in BC — not from the outside, but from within. I raised a child with Indigenous heritage. This work is personal to me, not professional. Over 900 clients. EMDRIA certified. FNHA approved provider. RCC and CCC.
