You may be grieving the loss of a loved one or a beloved pet. Perhaps your grief feels overwhelming, or life changes and relationship challenges leave you feeling uncertain. You want a safe, understanding space to process your emotions, honour your loss, and begin to feel like yourself again. You may be longing for peace, meaning, and strength as you move through one of life’s most difficult chapters.
Honouring Loss, Embracing Life. I specialize in grief and loss therapy, including bereavement, pet loss, anticipatory and traumatic loss. I also support clients navigating life transitions, relationships, and personal growth. My approach combines talk and art therapy, creating a compassionate space where you can explore your emotions and discover resilience.
You don’t have to face this journey alone. I walk beside you with compassion and care, helping you explore grief and healing at your own pace. I support adults 19+ with individual grief and loss therapy, and offer an introductory first session at 50% off. I currently work with individuals, not couples.
