We will celebrate our 10 year anniversary this year! Founded by Dr. Amanda Beaman in 2014, we have grown to a team of 18 clinicians from multiple disciplines, to address the diversity of presenting concerns in York Region. We will match you with the best clinician for your needs, whether is providing a diagnosis and/or therapy that is required. We provide therapy for all ages as well as families and couples. We also offer help in the area of disability management, we are registered with WSIB and Veteran's Affairs. We welcome all, and if we can't find a fit for you at our clinic, we will provide you with referral options.
Our experienced team offers therapy for concerns with children, youth, and adults such as anxiety, depression, GAD, stress, anger, insomnia, panic, pain, relationship issues, OCD, PTSD, marital difficulties, learning difficulties, child behavioural issues, ADHD/ADD, Autism, social anxiety, and grief. We also provide help for skin-picking or hair-pulling.
We are proud to have served the Vaughan community over the past decade. We firmly believe in the power of listening. We know it is often hard to take the first step to reach out for help. We are here to listen to you and guide you to the best solution. Call or email for more information. You can also book a phone consultation online via our website.
