Founded by our director, Dr. Amanda Beaman in 2014, we have grown to a team of 18 clinicians from multiple disciplines, to address the diversity of presenting concerns in York Region and across Ontario. We offer in-person and virtual therapy and match you with the best clinician for you, depending on your needs. We provide therapy for all ages as well as families and couples. We also offer help in the area of disability management, we are registered with WSIB and Veteran's Affairs. We welcome all, and if we can't find a fit for you at our clinic, we will provide you with referral options.
Our experienced team offers therapy for concerns with children, youth, and adults such as anxiety, depression, GAD, stress, anger, insomnia, panic, pain, relationship issues, OCD, PTSD, marital difficulties, learning difficulties, child behavioural issues, ADHD/ADD, Autism, social anxiety, and grief. We also provide help for skin-picking or hair-pulling.

You will learn how to move through your grief with proven strategies as well as compassion and support from our experienced, mature co-facilitators. Join us for Sports and Chill! Calling school aged kids, tweens and teens to join us for a fun 60-90 minutes of social connection, fun and movement! We offer 3 groups for these different age groups, run by a certified personal trainer, registered behaviour analyst, and registered social worker. Groups for ages 5-8 will run from 5pm to 6pm, group for ages 9-12 will run from 4-530, and the group for ages 13-16 will run from 4-530.
