We know it is difficult to find the help you need. We have expanded our team to include multiple disciplines (Applied Behaviour Therapy, social work, psychotherapy, and psychologists), to address the diversity of presenting concerns today. We try our best to match you with the best clinician for your needs, whether you require a formal diagnosis or are seeking counseling for mild concerns. We provide therapy for all ages, as well as psycho-educational, developmental, and socio-emotional assessments for children and adolescents. We welcome all, and if we can't find a fit for you we can provide you with referral options.
Our experienced team offers evidence-based approaches for concerns with children, youth, and adults such as anxiety, depression, stress management, insomnia, relationship issues, OCD, PTSD, marital difficulties, learning difficulties, child behavioural issues, ADHD/ADD, Autism, social anxiety, and grief. We also offer a full range of child/teen assessments.

Teen Mindfulness/CBT Group for Anxiety
Join Dr. Marina Heifetz and OMAC Martial Arts for an 8-week teen anxiety group which combines evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindfulness with martial arts. This combination has been shown to be an effective treatment for anxiety in teens. The group starts March 28, 2020 and runs every Saturday from 130-3pm, until May 16th, 2020.
