Yoona Hawkins, MC, Counsellor in Vancouver
When life leaves you feeling stuck, frustrated, or confused, I'm here to help you through problems such as stresses of everyday life, confusion about personal purpose, the meaning of life, death and dying, and crisis associated with life transitions. I believe everyone is doing the best they can in life, but when we're struggling, we can all benefit from guidance to help us examine our personal worldviews and belief systems and learn how they are affecting our outlook, decisions, and relationships with others.
I merge philosophical counselling with psychotherapy to approach sessions holistically from various levels of being. I tend to use concepts from Taoism, Buddhism, Jungian psychology, Existential and Humanistic approaches. Most importantly, I'm here to provide a non-judgemental, accepting environment to help you get the most out of every session.
You can feel assured that your personal story is heard through non-judgement, yet with a focus on moving your forward.
