As a Clinical Counselling-Hypnotherapist, I help clients who want to gain immediate insights and understanding into issues without spending unnecessary time and money on therapy. It is my mission to guide as many people as possible to reconnect with themselves, take back control, and ignite their conscious evolution. Integrative therapies can also be used in conjunction with any ongoing treatment plan.
A goal of our evidence-based integrative therapies is to increase awareness of individual strengths and skills and work with these to facilitate long-term wellness. Skills that help people incorporate the heart’s intelligence into their day-to-day experience of life. Bridging the intuitive connection between heart and mind.
There is a strong focus on balancing life through heart-brain coherence, self-care, productivity, leisure and recreation, nutrition, exercise and individual spirituality.
