My clients come longing for stress relief, work and life growth, more personal connection, and better relationship health. They seek a better sense of self and self-care, or they're anxious about work, life moves, or family juggling. Many experience significant grief and trauma. Parents want support in helping their children to grow holistically with a sense of self agency, cultural fluidity, meaningful life insights, and innovative/creative energy. Some come due to conflicted family breakups and needing support with loving, developmental missing pieces and overcoming parental neglect or bypassing. Some seek life inspiration.

My humanistic, existential support is mindful, somatic, trauma-informed, and brings practices from mainstream and Waldorf Education, with it's diverse, practical, child/adult development philosophy and pedagogy, including biodynamic food sustainability. I bring 25 years of work with an eastern spiritual master as well as creative expressive specializations.
My life is in the same stream as others worldwide in evolutionary times today, with the successes, pains, joy filled moments, anxieties, occasional radical shifts and times of great meaning and deep relating. And then there are the critical moments. I've come to be part of a world community of colleagues devoted to deep humanness and helping clients thrive.
