I am a Certified Art Therapist and Registered Provisional Psychologist. I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where you can express yourself and where we can develop and work toward clear goals together. I honor people's diverse needs by integrating various approaches to best support them. I work with anxiety, trauma, recovery from intimate partner violence, stress, self-compassion, self-expression and more. I especially enjoy working with students and those in helping professions (e.g. nurses). If you have other areas of concern, I’m happy to discuss how I can help.
My personal and professional work is driven by my genuine desire to learn from and care for others. I believe that people are strong, creative, and resourceful; and I'm committed to providing ethical, informed, and supportive services to help them access their strengths and live meaningful lives.
If you are looking for a safe space to express yourself and work toward solutions with a supportive and caring professional, I would love to hear from you!
Given the nature of my work, my phone is silenced during work days. The best way to get in touch is through email. For privacy reasons, if you call and do not leave a voicemail, I won't call back.
