We're a neuroaffirming clinic dedicated to providing empathetic and empowering counselling services for individuals, couples, and families navigating mental health challenges, with a specialized focus on ADHD at our practice. Our mission is to create a safe and inclusive space where neurodiversity is not only acknowledged but celebrated. Whether you have an official diagnosis, or just want to learn more and get some support with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence or other mental health concerns, we're here to help.
Our team of experienced and qualified therapists specialize in a range of areas, including child/youth and family therapy, couples therapy, depression counselling, anxiety counselling, trauma therapy, including EMDR, counselling for ADHD/neurodivergence, and support for first responders.
