I have completed advanced training in Internal Family Systems therapy, the primary approach I use. I also bring an anti-oppressive approach to help us understand how sociopolitical factors have shaped your life. When we understand how our experiences are influenced by systemic societal issues - we can build more self-acceptance and release shame.
