As an immigrant, I have experienced the challenges of navigating multicultural relationships and intergenerational family dynamics. I also recently left behind the corporate world. My approach is based on narrative therapy which is empowering and anti-oppressive. It enables you to explore and reclaim authorship over your story. I am also trained in parts work which is effective for accessing your inner wisdom to heal your wounded parts. In general, I will continue to customize my approach as I learn about you and your personal needs.
