I work with older teens and adults who often feel stuck, overwhelmed or frustrated with parts of themselves or their relationships. Many of them are searching for more intentional enjoyment of their lives. I believe in each person's ability to grow, learn, and transform longstanding patterns in their lives. I have 8 years of experience working in community, hospital and CLSC settings. I currently work at Dawson College, and have experience assisting youth and young adults struggling with anxiety, panic symptoms, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, OCD and intrusive thoughts, relationship issues and sexual violence.
I am in the process of obtaining a psychotherapy permit with the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec, and am providing psychotherapy under the supervision of psychologist Kelly Ann Morel. This means that I will be consistently seeking counsel to improve how effective I am in our sessions!
