I understand that one of the most important parts of therapy is trust and therefore I work hard to build a strong alliance with my clients.
My main specialty is anxiety and ADHD, however I also work with a variety other issues such as depression, trauma, relational difficulties, stress, and grief and loss. I use a variety empirically-based interventions such as CBT, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Emotion Focused Family Therapy.
