My practice focuses on trauma processing and resolution; building skills for healthy relationships; food and body image; and issues related to gender and sexuality, neurodivergence, and caregiving of all kinds. I'm committed to creating a supportive therapeutic space to work together, honouring the strategies you have developed to navigate your life, while helping you discover new approaches that better serve you here and now.
I have extensive training and certification in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Intuitive Eating, and Somatic Parts Work. I love working with neurodivergent folks, first responders, health care workers, queer and trans folks, parents, activists, and anyone looking to find more embodied safety and joy.
