Therapy is a place where you don’t need to perform — there’s enough of that pressure in other parts of your life. I’m Yael, and I’m here to help you with whatever you want to work on to better navigate life. From trauma and big emotions, to untangling identity or relationship stress, we start where you’re at. Together, we’ll help you develop clarity, self-compassion, and a lifestyle more aligned with your goals and desires.

I draw from a variety of therapy modalities based on what will work for you, always with a warm, collaborative, and straightforward approach. You won’t have to guess what I’m thinking, and I won’t ask you to go further than you’re ready. We move at your pace with curiosity, not pressure.

Sessions are virtual through Kaleidoscope Counselling Collective. My practice is inclusive, trauma-informed, and affirming of neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ identities, sex work, kink, and all relationship structures. I work with both individuals and couples.
