Hi! I'm XT (they/them), a queer and nonbinary Registered Psychotherapist with a focus on supporting Queer & Trans communities, as well as parents of 2SLGBTQ+ youth. Many of my clients are looking for a space to gain clarity, explore their sense of self, and deepen their relationships. My aim is to help you move from understanding to processing, releasing past burdens, and embracing healing. I have extensive experience guiding individuals and couples through challenges with sexuality, spirituality, gender identity, intimacy, trauma, infidelity, communication, and trust.
