Therapy is as unique as our wonderfully complex minds, and just like no two individuals are alike, there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach.
My approach is primarily based on psychoanalysis, blended with advanced transference-focused psychotherapy techniques. We will analyze your unconscious relational patterns, particularly those that emerge between you and me. Our focus will also be on crafting an individualized treatment plan to understand your conflicts and verbalize difficult emotions.
I create a safe and private space where you can comfortably share anything on your mind. This includes thoughts and feelings you might not have fully realized yourself. Together, we'll address your anxiety and depression, finding better ways to handle them. This will help liberate your energy, enhancing your creativity, and experience of intimacy and love.
