I am currently on sabbatical, away from my private practice indefinitely. Upon my return, I will focus on helping people with adjustment and transitions in life, whether leaving a relationship, post relationship adjustment or other gender / identity and sexual orientation changes and transitions. My approach is one of providing Gender Affirming, and 2SLGBT+ positive care. I will also, from a strengths based perspective assist those adjusting to Addiction Recovery - Life Transitions - and provide Coaching regarding desired changes in one's life direction and goals.
I have worked with clients from a strengths based point of view to help people grow, overcome challenges past and present, and learn to live more fully to their potential. I have over 1300 supervised hours of clinical practice.
I am a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
