A new country and its new experiences may get overwhelming to pepole. Coming from a diverse nation I bring with me that diversity both in my understanding of human psyche as well as my therapy. Thus,my approach to therapy is integrative, eclectic, and client-focused with a sensitivity to diversity. I have experience working with all kinds of anxiety and mood disorders, such as stress and generalize anxiety disorder, and depression. I also work with couples, and the many issues that couples face, such as chronic conflict, breakdown in communication and infidelity.I have experience working with adolescents facing interpersonal and adjustment concerns.
