I specialize in trauma, loss, grief and attachment with children, adolescents and adults and use a number of approaches which are tailored to meet your individual needs. Some of the techniques I use include EMDR, art therapy, mindfulness training,psychodynamic therapy and Neurofeedback.
I use a respectful, flexible and non-judgmental approach to counselling, based on the belief my clients have untapped strengths and resilience.
