So many of us grew up in survival mode, and we’re struggling to learn how to thrive in our adult lives. I offer counselling services that first and foremost recognize the deep impact of relational trauma (what’s often referred to as complex trauma or c-PTSD) and the lasting effects this can have on our lives.
My job is to provide a safe place for you to explore your inner world and to provide supports for your healing and growth. I draw from several evidence-based modalities such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), narrative therapy, CBT, and mindfulness, to name a few. My approach is integrative, and I select tools and interventions that fit you.
