Thursday Evenings DBT Skills Groups 4:30 - 6:30pm
A 26-week standard Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills group that covers four modules - mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT is a cognitive behavioral treatment developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan for the treatment of chronically suicidal individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. Over the years, DBT has been shown to be an effective treatment for a variety of other disorders, such as substance dependence, treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and eating disorders. Please note that this is not a drop in class and we do not accept walk-ins. Please email or call us first if interested in attending.

Wednesday Multi-family Adolescent DBT Skills Group
A 26-week skills group for adolescents aged 13-18 and their caregivers. It covers skills including mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and walking the middle path. DBT has been shown to be an effective treatment option for adolescents struggling with emotion dysregulation and their families. Adolescents must be under the care of a clinician when enrolled in group. Attendance of at least one caregiver is another requirement. Please note that this is not a drop in class. Please complete our online referral form on our website if insteresed.
