Depending on individual needs and preference, sessions include aspects of functional analytic psychotherapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. These therapeutic approaches are evidence based, focus on environmental assessment, mindfulness, goal setting, perspective taking, and skill building.
