About
At WindHorse Psychology, our experienced clinicians provide caring, confidential, and professional psychological assessment, treatment, and consultation services for children, adolescents, and adults for a wide range of difficulties. Some of our special services include psychoeducational assessments for learning and attention disorders; psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, illness, and stress; support for persons with cancer and their caregivers; and private or WSIB assessment and treatment for First Responders.
Our Clinic Director, Ann Merton has been providing comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for over 17 years for children, teens and adults. The goal of her assessments is to understand the learning and emotional needs of each child in order to help parents, school staff, and clinicians provide the right supports and programs for that unique child.
We welcome clients from a wide variety of cultures, backgrounds, and sexual orientations. Our focus is not only on helping you with specific problems but on enhancing your well-being in mind, body, and spirit. We are approved service providers for Toronto Police Services, Halton Regional Police Services, Wounded Warriors, Victim Services, WSIB, and HCAI.
