As a liberation-oriented therapist, I invite conversations on how structures of oppression and ongoing systemic harm shape our beliefs, affect our relationships, and impact our lived experiences. My practice is rooted in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, intersectional feminist, anti-racist, and anti-colonial approaches.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach that incorporates both cognitive and embodied processes to healing. I also welcome cultural, ancestral, and spiritual methods of healing that resonate with you, and I am dedicated to collaborating on an approach that feels most meaningful to you.
