About
Calm, confidence and meaningful connection to others. These are the things we lose when anxiety, trauma, loss, depression, or negative relationships take hold of our lives. I have been honoured to support clients over the past 20 years to heal difficult experiences, restore their natural sense of basic goodness and to find satisfaction in their lives and relationships, both at home and work.
Into a base of eastern mindfulness practices, I weave cognitive, somatic, solution-focussed and EMDR therapies, bringing you into connection with inner-resources and an innate sense of calm, purpose and clarity that draws from the wisdom of the body and the power of mindfulness to ease suffering, find solutions, and cultivate simple everyday happiness.
I would be honoured to share my experience, deep listening, and compassionate presence as we work together to make the change you are seeking a reality. I am available for counselling and consultation in person, by telephone and via Skype.
