I offer individual sessions to clients over 22 years old that have a strong desire to work through what's holding them back, and start creating the life they've always wanted. I specialize with clients who are suffering from anxiety, as well as entrepreneurs, and people suffering from professional burnouts. As a sexologist, I also love helping people in alternative relationship styles (open, poly, etc.), as well as those exploring their sexual needs and wants.
I use Process-Based Behavior Therapy, a brand new approach that believes most problems in our lives are essentially the same problem, but it manifests differently in different contexts. By targeting the root of your issues, we aim to free you from your biggest dysfunctional patterns and help you live a better, healthier, and more satisfying life.
As someone who has gone through years of therapy and experiential work myself, I have come to understand many of the frustrations people face when seeking therapy. My goal is to talk to you like a real person instead of putting on a fake professional mask, and to build a real and helping relationship to help you break free of your deepest issues.
