I hold a warm, unconditional, positive regard for each client and help them hold the same for themselves. I work from a practical, purpose-driven set of goals that the client decides upon, and we move toward achieving them together. I'm experienced in helping both individuals and couples who are going through a range of life circumstances that include mental health and addictions concerns along with relationship struggles. I work with clients closely in helping them become the healthiest version of themselves.
I have specific experience and training in assisting clients who have gone through traumatic life events that may include physical, sexual, or emotional abuse. I have also had the opportunity to serve clients like first-responders and veterans who suffer from PTSD. Helping to walk with people in marital conflict is also a personal and professional passion.
I believe that each person is an expert in themselves, and although I carry a lot of training and experience in helping that person, it is them who makes change possible.
