It can mean having your pain met honestly, your nervous system supported with care, and your grief treated as something tender to be lived with gracefully rather than solved. I'm a counsellor and educator specializing in perinatal loss, trauma, complicated grief, and burnout. I work with individuals across BC ( coaching worldwide) who are ready to stop surviving and start rebuilding something meaningful. My anti-oppressive approach integrates nervous system healing, parts work, somatic practices, and existential meaning-making.

The Burnout recovery Protocol
The Burnout Recovery Protocol is a 6-week virtual cohort program for healthcare workers who are exhausted, depleted, and ready for real recovery. In small, confidential groups, you'll learn practical tools to rebuild energy, set boundaries, and reconnect with why you chose this work. Cohorts stay small so the work stays personal. Perinatal Loss for Clinicians
This workshop is for healthcare teams and allied health care professionals to increase their competence and knowledge of resources when dealing with parents experiencing perinatal loss.
