The Burnout recovery Protocol
The Burnout Recovery Protocol is a 6-week virtual cohort program for healthcare workers who are exhausted, depleted, and ready for real recovery. In small, confidential groups, you'll learn practical tools to rebuild energy, set boundaries, and reconnect with why you chose this work. Cohorts stay small so the work stays personal. New 6-week cohorts begin September 14, 2026, with additional start dates following. Can't make this date? Join the waitlist to be notified of upcoming times. If you're running on fumes and done pretending you're fine, this group is for you.
