It is based on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to openly explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences. Together, we will work to uncover underlying patterns, explore new perspectives and cultivate the tools you need to thrive.
With a foundation built on collaboration, empathy and empowerment I strive to facilitate healing from past wounds, embrace personal growth and cultivate resilience. In-person appointments are available at my office in Revelstoke BC or virtual appointments are available for individuals living outside of the area or preferring the comfort of their homes.
