At Wholeness Psychology Centre, we work with a variety of concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions, identity crisis, and relationship conflict. We recognize that short-term, solution-focused modalities are appropriate for some presenting concerns. For others, a more heart-centred, holistic, depth-oriented approach to therapy is necessary. We are a group of psychologists, therapists, OT, and SLP at Wholeness Psychology Centre who offer services for the whole family and person: the mind, body, heart, and spirit, from healing through to self-empowerment and the realization of deep desires and life goals. We take a holistic approach in our work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families.
