By doing this work one can gain the clarity and confidence needed to heal, feel happier and more whole. She aims to focus on the mind, body and spirit of each client in order to take a whole body approach.

Honesty, trust, collaboration and openness are all very important for this work. Shelley truly hopes for her clients to feel held and supported through the personal work they embark upon. She aims for them to feel fully heard and accepted through their journey of therapy. Shelley is open to in between session check ins when required or needed.
