I am a registered Addictions and Mental Health Counsellor with years of experience treating clients individually, online and in groups. My primary focus has been supporting those experiencing mental health and addictions concerns, both behaviour and substance based. I have obtained extensive training and clinical supervision in providing Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and other evidence-based best practices.
I believe in meeting individuals at their current stage and supporting them in navigating their inner strengths, values and beliefs. I strive to aid clients in creating their own unique, balanced, purposeful and fulfilling life free from the limitations of unmanaged mental health/addiction.
