This group is for you if: • You want to learn skills, strategies, and tools to help manage your ADHD symptoms • You have difficulty with time management, organization, planning, perfectionism and procrastination • You find it challenging to start tasks or projects and would like to find ways to get started • You get bored easily and find that you don’t finish what you started or follow through until completion • You have difficulty regulating emotions and find yourself feeling overwhelmed with activities of daily living • You want to live an ADHD friendly lifestyle and decrease stress so that you have more time for the joys in life.
