I work from a client centered perspective. Many of our difficulties dealing with life comes from some sort of trauma, be it big or small. From that trauma, you can develop negative imagery, thoughts, or beliefs that interfere with your ability to function at the level you want to. I have added Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help clients move past it.
I work from a trauma informed perspective with people ages 5 and up. I acknowledge that while some people need to tell their stories, others do not or cannot. I can help which ever way you need in order to process your difficulties using narrative therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, or play based therapy.
