I am trained in various therapies, including Somatic Therapy, Experiential, and IFS including Eastern meditation practices. I incorporate methods like Buddhist meditation, Breathwork, Jungian dream work, & Archetypal Tarot into my sessions. I have a deep understanding of the healing potential found in non-ordinary states of consciousness.
