I specialize in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, parenting, relationships, loss and more. Many people that come for help are those who feel stuck overcoming obstacles and have tried to change their situation without success. I help people turn these obstacles into opportunities for understanding and growth.

My initial focus is developing a rapport and a trusting relationship with you as this is key in our work together. I will meet you where you are at, with immense care and without judgment.

Growing up I felt alone, unlovable and anxious; this got worse as a teen and young adult. Through my personal journey in counselling, attending workshops and more I have been able to heal and to see firsthand that change is possible - that we can be who we want to be in this world and live the life we’ve always wanted to.
