In conjunction with colleagues at our office I intend to offer interpersonal group therapy providing an insight oriented group experience. There is also a codependency group option led by Valerie MacNeil, M.Ed.,RCC in which I will be involved.
I am now in private practice as a nurse/therapist seeing adults for individual therapy. My preferred therapeutic approach is interpersonal therapy, working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, and compassion fatigue. I am available on Sundays and Mondays, including stat holidays. Unfortunately my fee is not covered by insurance companies.
