I have been in private practice for 20 years & work with individuals & couples of all ages. In 2018-2023 I was rated Top 3 Best Marriage Counselling in Windsor, & Top 3 Best Business' as well.
I am trained In DBT, which is the most scientifically proven treatment for anxiety, depression and all mental illnesses. I am also trained in Traumatic Incident Reduction, which is a technique to reduce trauma.
Sexual/Infidelity/Communication Issue? I am trained in Intensive Sex Therapy Treatment & Education from the University of Guelph.
