As a counsellor and family conflict specialist, my results-oriented approach helps clients move through the counselling and mediation process quickly and efficiently. I am a specialized Social Worker who is qualified and registered to perform restricted psychotherapeutic interventions, meaning I have a wealth of knowledge and skill in psychotherapy. In my practice, I work with co-parents, couples, and families specializing in relationships, anxiety, child development, family systems and conflict resolution. I do PN7 interventions and Reunification therapy for restructuring families & specialize in Parent Child Contact Probs.
My goal-oriented, scientifically-based strategy utilizes my background in psychotherapy and mediation along with specialized training for families of Divorce and with Couples using the Gottman Method to break down relationship barriers and reach a joint consensus.
I also work collaboratively with professionals and organizations like Alberta Justice to provide family support, guidance and assessments for parent planning. My collaborative approach ensures each individual and family is connected to essential resources to help them reach their goals.
