As a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Psychospiritual Therapist, I help with life's harder passages — grief, loss, and major transitions — the moments that ask who we are and what matters. Psychospiritual therapy speaks not to a particular belief but to how we answer 'why?' — especially in times of loss and change.
I bring decades of lived and professional experience — in education, agriculture, business and hospice — and a calm, compassionate approach that makes space for you to explore and navigate what hurts. You have more within you than you may realize. My role is to help you find, trust and nurture what's already there.
