New parenthood is such a tender time for couples. Whether you are trying to start a family, are a first time parent or a parent now managing more than one young child, you can find yourself depleted, overwhelmed, and experiencing a rollercoaster of emotions along with guilt at how that might be impacting your children. If you are managing a new baby with other young children, you may find that your older children are acting out at a time when you are sleep deprived and struggling to stay patient. I specialize in perinatal & postpartum support and offer Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, families, and parents at all stages. This helps people feel more connected to each other, to themselves and to feel calmer and happier. Together we'll work through your patterns of relating to yourself or your loved ones, and discover new ways of relating.
I will guide you calmly through a different way of looking at your problems so you can navigate this time.
