My ideal clients are children over 8 years of age, teens, or young adults in college/university who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, school, family or life stressors. I have a particular interest in working with folks who are living with concussions or chronic illness who need support. Making a connection with your child or with teenage/young adult clients and building trust is a priority for me. In therapy we will work together to set goals based on a combination of your concerns & my clinical assessment in order to find a therapeutic plan that will be most helpful for you!
