Are you struggling with your relationships, mental health, or life transitions? Are you exhausted from being caught up in the day-to-day, struggling with purpose, heart break, or anxiety? Do you wonder if there is more to life? Sometimes current stressors or our past experiences can influence how we are showing up in our life and in our relationships. Talking to a trained professional can help you deepen your understanding of yourself and work through patterns that are holding you back. Counselling can help you gain self-awareness and self-compassion. Sometimes we may just need some encouragement or a gentle nudge.
I am friendly, warm, and real. There are times when the mood will be serious, and other times when lightness and laughter will be in the space. Working with me is always collaborative and centred around your goals and desires. When appropriate, I will offer psychoeducation and guidance.
I use an eclectic approach and draw from Narrative Therapy, somatic and mindfulness-based therapies, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy.
