About
I am a Registered Psychologist and a Registered Play Therapist with over 10 years of education and clinical experience in clinical, school, and community settings. I offer counselling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in both English and Cantonese. When I work with children, I firmly believe that family is one of the most important factors in their development. By supporting both you and your child, it will help address your child's needs. My areas of specialty include play therapy, parenting, anxiety, depression, bullying and parental separation.
When I work with adolescents and adults, I will work together with you to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and reach your full potential in a safe and supportive environment. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, self esteem problems, transition, interpersonal communication, and stress management.
