Weekend appointments available! As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over 13 years of experience in law enforcement, I understand firsthand what it takes to walk the walk. I’ve been on the front lines — the shift work, the critical calls, the pressure to perform, and the toll it can take on your mind, body, and relationships. Now, I’m here to help first responders take care of themselves the way they take care of everyone else.
My approach is down-to-earth, practical, and built on mutual respect. You won’t need to explain what the job is like — I speak the language and know the culture.
I specialize in working with first responders struggling with anger, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, trauma, PTSD, moral injuries, and sanctuary trauma.
My clients often appreciate that they don’t need to explain the complexities of their jobs and lives to me — I deeply understand the culture, stress, and trauma inherent in policing and the demanding nature of the first responder role.
