You will learn to identify yours & your partner's triggers & vulnerabilities - and what to do about them! You will also develop skills to repair when you have conflict; tools that you can apply to any issue. Let's face it; it's never about the toothpaste...
In individual therapy, we work to understand & heal old wounds that are interfering in the present, especially in relationships. I welcome & enjoy working with other therapists. I practice PACT, DARe & Gottman Couples Therapy. I'm a certified mindful self-compassion teacher & feel the benefits in my own life. I am a partner of 31 yrs & have two kids & a cat.

Compassion for Couples - March 4 - April 22, 2025
This program allows couples to focus on themselves, each other and their relationship in a deep way. We will practice skill-building through a combination of meditation, experiential exercises, didactic learning, and discussion. You’ll spend time cultivating compassion with your partner, and have time to share in supportive community of other couples learning alongside you. With compassion at the core of our relationships, we can risk being vulnerable with each other.
