Hello! My name is Rae-Anne Neville (she, her), and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication, and hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I work from a client-centered perspective and believe each person is the expert on their own life. I have an integrative approach and use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I have experience working with various challenges and presenting concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, intimate relationships, abuse, self-esteem, trauma, perinatal and fertility challenges, and grief. I know it can be challenging to reach out; I have been there too, and am so grateful for the opportunity to work with you.
