Dr. Polzin Holman has over 25 years of working in the field of mental health and addictions. Specialized training in Trauma, Attachment, Anxiety and Depression with children, adolescents, adults and couples. Training in various modalities such as EMDR, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Relationship/Couples counselling.
