I work with children (4–12), youth, adults, parents, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, OCD, neurodiversity, trauma, C-PTSD, relationship or parenting challenges, and disabilities. I specialize in non-directive and directive play therapy, sand tray, and expressive arts play therapy for children, and utilize CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy with youth and adults. For couples wanting to improve the quality of their relationships I use the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy.
